All customers with managed VPS, managed servers or web hosting Prime can call us outside regular opening hours. Normal support hours can be found found under “contact us”.
Calling our emergency support regarding issues outside their area of responsibility leads to an hourly charge of SEK 995 plus taxes. Examples of issues outside our area of responsibility: issues caused by the code, external supplier problems, firewall block etc.
Contacting our emergency support without any of the services mentioned above will also cause a fee of 1995 plus taxes.

All our servers in Sweden are located in Tällberg, Falun and Stockholm. Our network is built in a circle between these locations in order to offer the highest possible availability. We also have our own servers in Paris.
