# Create a client account in your reseller package

With the reseller add-on you create separate DirectAdmin accounts for your customers, each with the customer’s domain.

## Before you start

- Your hosting needs the reseller add-on. It’s only available for Prime and Ultra, and you add it under **Show addons** in the [client area](https://login.inleed.net).

## How to create it

1. Log in to [DirectAdmin](https://inleed.com/helpcenter/log-in-to-directadmin), click **Manage User Packages** and create a package with the limits the customer should have.

   Limits that are too low, for example for bandwidth, can suspend the customer’s domain.

**Tip:** If you already have a package that fits, skip this step.

2. Go back to the start page and click **Add New User**.

   The form for a new user opens.

3. Fill in a username, the customer’s email address, a password and the customer’s domain.

4. Choose the package under **Package**.

5. Click **Create**.

## How to know it worked

The customer has their own DirectAdmin account with their domain. With **Send E-mail Notification** turned on, the customer gets the login details by email.

## Good to know

- Inleed no longer offers white label.
- If the customer would rather have their own Inleed account, they can give you guest access.
