# My domain is suspended pending verification

Your website and email stop working when the domain is suspended while the owner’s details wait to be verified. Start with the cause at the top.

## Common causes

### 1. You got a verification email but didn’t click the link

**Check:** Have you received an email asking you to verify the contact details for the domain? International domains, for example .com, are suspended if the email address is not confirmed.

**What to do:** Click the link in the email. If you can’t find the email, email [support](mailto:support@inleed.se) and we’ll send it again.

### 2. The email went to an old address

**Check:** Did the verification go to an email address you no longer have access to?

**What to do:** Email [support](mailto:support@inleed.se) and say that you can’t access the address, and we’ll help you change it and send the verification again.

### 3. A .se or .nu domain is suspended

**Check:** Internetstiftelsen makes spot checks and suspends .se and .nu domains with incorrect owner details without warning.

**What to do:** Correct the details and email [support](mailto:support@inleed.se), and we’ll help you with Internetstiftelsen.

### 4. You’ve verified, but the domain is still suspended

**Check:** It can take a while before the suspension is lifted and DNS has updated.

**What to do:** Wait a few hours. If it still doesn’t work after a day, email [support](mailto:support@inleed.se).

- The email goes to the domain’s contact address.
