# Give someone else access to your account

With a guest account, a colleague or agency can manage your account with their own login. You don’t need to share your password.

## Faster: let an AI app do it

If you’ve connected Inleed to an AI app, just write what you want done, for example:

> Invite anna@example.se as a guest on my account

The app prepares the invitation. You approve it in the client area.

## Before you start

- The guest needs their own Inleed account.

## How to give access

1. Log in to the [client area](https://login.inleed.net) and go to **Settings › Guest accounts**.

**Important:** A guest can change everything and see your invoices. Only invite people you trust.

2. Enter the guest’s email address under **Email address** and send the invitation.

3. Ask the guest to confirm the invitation in the email.

   The guest logs in with their own Inleed account.

## How to know it worked

The guest chooses **Log in as guest** under their profile and can then manage your account.

## Good to know

- Should someone only be able to ask support for changes? Add them as **Technical contact** under **Settings › Billing › Edit › Contacts**. They get no rights in the client area.
