# Invoice terms and dates

The terms, dates and statuses on invoices from Inleed. Look them up when you wonder what an invoice covers or why it arrived.

## Invoice terms

| Term | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Period | The time the service runs for. It is shown on the invoice. |
| Due date | The last day to pay. |
| **Auto Invoice** | The invoice created automatically before the service expires. |
| Credit | Money on your account. It isn’t deducted automatically. Choose **Prepaid** when you renew or order, or ask support to pay an invoice with it. |
| **Unpaid** | The invoice isn’t paid, and the due date hasn’t passed. |
| **Overdue** | The invoice isn’t paid, and the due date has passed. |
| **Paid** | The payment has been registered. |
| **Credited** | The invoice is cancelled and can no longer be paid. |
| **Credit for #number** | The credit invoice that cancels out an earlier invoice. |

## Good to know

- The service renews once the invoice is paid. An unpaid auto-invoice that has fallen due is credited, and the service then doesn’t renew.
- If a service doesn’t have **Auto Invoice**, you get a reminder 3 months before it expires, and then once a month.
- The agreement runs until further notice. Each service runs for the period shown on the invoice.
