# Log in to webmail

In webmail you read and send email in your browser, without an email app. You log in with the email address and its password.

## How to log in

1. Go to [webmail](https://mail.inleed.com/) and enter your email address.

   The address is `mail.inleed.com`.

2. Click **Till inloggningen**.

   You’re sent on to the login page for your address.

3. Enter the password for the email address.

   It’s the email address’s own password, not the client area one.

4. Click **Login**.

## How to know it worked

Your inbox appears.

## If something doesn’t work

### The password doesn’t work

**Why:** The password is wrong, or it’s the client area password.

**What to do:** Change the password for the email address in DirectAdmin.

### The page won’t load at home, but works on your phone

**Why:** The IP address is blocked after too many failed logins.

**What to do:** Whitelist your IP address.
