# Move your Microsoft 365 licences to Inleed

If your Microsoft 365 licences are with another reseller, Inleed can take them over ahead of renewal. You order the same licences from us and approve our partner invitation.

## Before you start

- You’re an administrator in Microsoft 365 with the right to manage licences, and the licences are active.

## How to move the licences

1. Log in to the [client area](https://login.inleed.net), open **Store** and order the same licences under **Microsoft/SPLA**.

   Order in good time. The licences must match the ones you have today exactly.

2. Cancel the licences with your old reseller, effective on the renewal date.

3. Approve Inleed’s partner invitation in [admin.microsoft.com](https://admin.microsoft.com) when you receive it.

   Without it, Inleed can’t take over the licences.

## How to know it worked

Inleed invoices the licences. Your email, users and files stay as they were.

**Waiting time:** Inleed takes over the licences during the last 7 days before renewal.

## Good to know

- Already a customer and received a new partner invitation (GDAP)? Approve it the same way. Without it, we can’t support your services.
