# What happens if I paid an invoice twice?

## Answer

You can get the money back, or have the amount added as credit on your account. Email [support](mailto:support@inleed.se) and say which you’d like.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. If you paid by bankgiro, include an account number. A payment made before the turn of the year can’t be refunded.

## Good to know

- Credit isn’t used on its own. For a new order or a manual renewal, choose the **Prepaid** payment method. To pay an existing invoice with credit, ask support. The credit must then cover the full amount.
- Credit must be used within 24 months and isn’t refunded.
