# Renew a service manually

Renew a service yourself when you want to extend it in advance, or when the renewal invoice has been credited and can no longer be paid.

## Faster: let an AI app do it

If you’ve connected Inleed to an AI app, just write what you want done, for example:

> Renew example.se for one year

The app prepares the renewal. You approve it in the client area.

## Before you start

- If the service has **Auto Invoice** turned on, [turn it off](https://inleed.com/helpcenter/turn-off-auto-invoicing) first. If there’s already an unpaid invoice for the service, pay that instead.

## How to renew

1. Log in to the [client area](https://login.inleed.net) and tick the service you want to renew under **Services**.

You can select several at once.

2. Click **Renew selected services**.

   The payment page opens.

3. Choose a payment method: **Swish**, **Direct Payment** (card), **Bankgiro** or **Autogiro**.

4. Pay by following the instructions on the page.

With bankgiro, enter the OCR number as the message, or the payment can’t be matched to the invoice.

## How to know it worked

The service renews once the payment has come in.

**Waiting time:** With card and Swish it happens immediately. Bankgiro takes 1–3 bank days, and weekends don’t count.

## Good to know

- You can renew up to 3 years ahead, and up to 9 years for domains.
- A domain renewal can’t be undone or refunded.
