# Send an agreement for signing in DocSign

With Inleed DocSign you send an agreement that the signers sign with BankID or by email. Each signing is drawn from your balance.

## Before you start

- The agreement must be a PDF under 50 MB.
- You need a balance in DocSign. You top it up with **Fyll på**.

## How to send the agreement

1. Log in to the [client area](https://login.inleed.net), open **Inleed DocSign** in the menu and click **Skapa nytt dokument**.

2. Enter a name for the document under **Dokumentnamn**.

   All parties see the name.

3. Choose who will sign under **Välj bland sparade undertecknare**.

4. Click **Lägg till & skapa undertecknare** if the person isn’t in the list.

   A form for a new signer opens.

5. Fill in the name and email, choose a method under **Hur ska undertecknare signera?** and click **Spara ändringar**.

   The person signs with BankID or confirms with their email address.

6. Upload the agreement under **Ladda upp filer**.

7. Add a greeting under **Text som visas till undertecknare vid inbjudan** if you like.

   It appears in the invitation to the signers.

**Important:** Signers can’t be added or removed once the document is created.

8. Click **Skapa dokument**.

   The invitation is sent straight away.

**Tip:** Want to try it first? Choose **Ja, skapa ett testdokument utan signering**. Then nothing is really signed.

## How to know it worked

The signers get an email with a link where they sign.

## If something doesn’t work

### The invitation doesn’t reach the signer

**Why:** It may have ended up in the spam folder.

**What to do:** Ask the signer to check their spam folder.

## Good to know

- If someone replies to the invitation, the reply goes to Inleed, not to you. Say in your greeting how to reach you.
- Colleagues get to DocSign through a guest account on your customer account.
