# Your email sending limit has been reached

Each email address can send a limited number of emails per day. Once the limit is reached, the address can’t send any more.

## Common causes

### 1. You’ve sent a lot of email today

**Check:** Have you sent a lot of email today? Each address has its own daily limit.

**What to do:** Wait until the next day. Use Inleed Mailer for bulk email.

### 2. You haven’t sent very much

**Check:** Has the limit been reached even though you’ve hardly sent anything? Then someone else may be sending spam with your password.

**What to do:** Change the email account’s password straight away and contact [support](mailto:support@inleed.se).

### 3. Your website is doing the sending

**Check:** Does a form or an online shop send from the address? Your website’s emails count too.

**What to do:** Send from a separate address for the website.

## Good to know

- You can see how much each address has sent in [DirectAdmin](https://inleed.com/helpcenter/log-in-to-directadmin) under **E-mail Accounts**.
- The limit is set per address when the account is created, under **Daily Send Limit**. It can be at most 500 per day.
- All the addresses on your hosting can also send at most 500 emails per day between them.
