# My website works on mobile data but not at home

Can you reach your website, webmail or DirectAdmin on your phone but not at home or at work? Then your network’s IP address is usually blocked. Start with the cause at the top.

## Common causes

### 1. Your IP address is blocked

**Check:** Does it work on mobile data but not on wifi at home or at work? Then your network’s IP address is probably blocked after a few failed logins, often from an email app with an old password.

**What to do:** Whitelist your IP address in the [client area](https://login.inleed.net) from the computer that can’t connect.

The client area isn’t blocked by your hosting’s firewall, so you can get in there even now.

### 2. The block keeps coming back

**Check:** Is a phone, computer or app still trying to log in with an old password?

**What to do:** Update the password in every app and computer that fetches your email.

### 3. It doesn’t work on mobile data either

**Check:** Is the website unreachable on mobile data too?

**What to do:** Then something else is wrong, for example the service is suspended.

- You can see your public IP address at [ip.inleed.se](https://ip.inleed.se).
- Need another IP address whitelisted, for example your developer’s? Email [support](mailto:support@inleed.se) from your account’s email address and include the public IP address.
