Whistleblower Policy
We are committed to a safe and transparent organisation. Our whistleblower channel lets you report serious misconduct, irregularities, or breaches connected to Inleed in a protected way.
Your report is handled confidentially by a dedicated case team. You may stay anonymous if you wish, and we will follow up as soon as possible.
When should you report?
Use the whistleblower channel for serious issues that are in the public interest, such as:
- Bribery, corruption, or financial misconduct.
- Breaches of privacy, data protection, or information security.
- Serious violations of laws, agreements, or internal policies.
Everyday support questions are best handled through our regular contact channels.
How we process a report
- 1 We acknowledge receipt within seven days and make an initial assessment of the scope.
- 2 An investigation team collects additional facts, documents the process, and implements protective measures.
- 3 We provide an update within three months with the status and planned actions, whenever possible.
All documentation is stored securely and only authorised staff can access it.
Confidentiality and protection
We treat all information as strictly confidential. Your details are only shared with people who need them for the investigation.
The Whistleblower Protection Act allows you to report without the risk of retaliation. Inleed does not tolerate reprisals against anyone reporting in good faith.
You decide whether to provide contact details. Anonymous reports are investigated to the greatest extent the available information allows.
