24-hour call

All customers who have Managed VPS, Managed Server or Webhosting Prime have access to our on-call service at all times outside of our regular opening hours. Regular opening hours can be found on the "contact us" page.

When contacting our on-call for matters that are outside our area of responsibility, we will charge you as a customer SEK 995 excl. VAT per hour started. Examples of problems that are outside our scope of responsibility are: problems caused by code, problems with an external provider, firewall blocking, etc.

If you contact our on-call service without having any of the aforementioned services, we will also charge SEK 1,995 excluding VAT for the initial contact.
