Right guide?

Want to manage your website, email accounts or databases? Log in to DirectAdmin

How to log in

  1. 1

Go to the client area at login.inleed.net.

Or click Logga in at inleed.se.

  2. 2

Enter the email address you log in with and your client area password.

The password for your email or DirectAdmin doesn’t work here. The client area has its own.

With two-step verification (2FA), a code comes by email, SMS or in your authenticator app.

How to know it worked

Done

The Services page opens, with everything you have at Inleed.

If something doesn’t work

It says “These credentials do not match our records.”

Why: The wrong email address or password.

What to do: Check that it’s the email address the account is registered to. If you’ve forgotten the password, choose a new one.

Reset your client area password
It says you’ve tried too many times

Why: 5 wrong passwords in a row block login for a while.

What to do: Wait for as many seconds as it says, then choose a new password instead of guessing again.

Reset your client area password
No code arrives, or you no longer have the phone with the app

Why: Two-step verification goes to a method you can’t reach.

What to do: Follow the troubleshooting for the login.

I can’t log in to the client area
You can’t access the email address the account is registered to

What to do: Follow the guide for when you can’t access the account’s email address.

What if I can’t access my account’s email address?

Good to know

  • In the client area you manage services, domains, invoices and account settings. In DirectAdmin you manage websites, email accounts, databases, SSL and DNS, and you get there from the client area without a password. In webmail you read and send email, with the email address and the email account’s own password.
  • Protect your account with two-step verification (2FA). You turn it on under Settings › Security with Add method.
