Connect to your VPS with VNC

The console shows your server’s screen right in the browser. Use it when you can’t reach the server with SSH or Remote Desktop, for example after a network or firewall error.

How to connect

    Log in to the client area and click Manage next to your VPS.

    Your VPS’s page opens.

  2. 2

    Click Console.

    The console opens in your browser.

You see the server’s screen and can log in as root with the password.

Good to know

  • Forgot the root password? Forgot the password? is on the same page. Change the root password for your VPS
  • The keyboard layout and special characters can interfere with logging in through the console.
  • Without the Server maintenance add-on, we don’t troubleshoot the server for you.
