Answer

A few minutes after the payment is registered. The VPS is set up automatically. Once it’s ready, you get the login details by email.

Good to know

If the server is to have DirectAdmin, it is set up by hand, which takes a few hours.
Log in the first time with the details in the email, over SSH or through the console in the client area. Connect to your VPS with VNC
