Can I cancel or withdraw from an order?
Answer
It depends on what you ordered and if you’ve paid for it. An unpaid order is removed automatically after 15 days, so you don’t need to do anything. If you’ve paid for web hosting, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase. Confirm it to support from your account’s email address.
A domain, however, can’t be withdrawn from once it’s registered.
Good to know
- If you ordered the same domain twice, the value is added as credit on your account.
- Want a different plan instead? Contact support before you pay.
- Broadband has no right of withdrawal once it’s activated.
