What happens if I don’t pay my invoice on time?
Answer
You get a reminder the day after the due date and then every 10 days, 3 reminders in total. If the invoice is still unpaid, the service can be suspended and the case can go to debt collection with Cready.
Pay by card or Swish, and the payment is registered immediately and the service is activated automatically.
Good to know
- The service only reopens when all unpaid invoices are paid. Get a suspended service working again
- If the case has gone to debt collection, you pay the collection company Cready directly.
- A suspended service is deleted when the next invoice has also fallen due unpaid.
