Do my services renew automatically?
Answer
Not on their own. With Auto Invoice, an invoice is created about 60 days before the service expires, and the service renews once the invoice is paid.
If the invoice isn’t paid, the service doesn’t renew.
Good to know
- If you’d rather not pay by hand, turn on direct debit (autogiro) on your billing profile.
- You can renew in advance: turn off Auto Invoice for the service, then select it under Services and choose to renew.
- A domain renewal can’t be undone.
