Cancel a service
You cancel broadband with an end date in the client area. Other services end on their expiry date when you turn off “Auto Invoice”.

Before you start
- An invoice for a period that has already started must be paid, even if you cancel the service.
- Not paying doesn’t count as cancelling. You need to cancel the service.
How to cancel
Hosting, VPS, VPN and other services
Important
Your hosting and everything on it is deleted when the period ends. Move out what you want to keep before then. A VPS and all data on it is permanently deleted on the expiry date, so back it up by the day before.

Log in to the client area and click the switch under Auto Invoice next to the service.
The service doesn’t renew and ends on its expiry date.
Broadband

Log in to the client area and click your broadband’s expiry date.
A cancellation box opens.

Pick the end date under Välj datum.
The last day to cancel is the subscription’s renewal day. Choose it as the end date to avoid a new invoice. A period that has started is charged in full.

Accept the terms.

Click Lägg in för avslut.
Your broadband ends on the date you chose.
Domain
There’s no button for deleting a domain. You let it expire.

Log in to the client area and click the switch under Auto Invoice next to the domain.
The domain doesn’t renew and expires on its own.
Want us to cancel the domain? Email support the domain name and confirm with
Jag bekräftar. The domain runs until its expiry date and is then deregistered.

If something doesn’t work
I can’t find a way to cancel the service
Why: The cancellation box is only for broadband.
What to do: Turn off Auto Invoice next to the service. If that doesn’t work, email support from your account’s email address and say which service it is. Reply Jag bekräftar when support asks.
Good to know
- Hosting, domains, broadband and VPS have no minimum term and no notice period.
- Support deletes a domain straight away only in exceptional cases, for example if a new domain was ordered by mistake.
