Renew a service manually
Renew a service yourself when you want to extend it in advance, or when the renewal invoice has been credited and can no longer be paid.
If you’ve connected Inleed to an AI app, just write what you want done, for example:
The app prepares the renewal. You approve it in the client area.
Before you start
- If the service has Auto Invoice turned on, turn it off first. If there’s already an unpaid invoice for the service, pay that instead.
How to renew
- 1
Log in to the client area and tick the service you want to renew under Services.
You can select several at once.
- 2
Click Renew selected services.
The payment page opens.
- 3
Choose a payment method: Swish, Direct Payment (card), Bankgiro or Autogiro.
- 4
Pay by following the instructions on the page.
With bankgiro, enter the OCR number as the message, or the payment can’t be matched to the invoice.
How to know it worked
Done
The service renews once the payment has come in.
Waiting time
With card and Swish it happens immediately. Bankgiro takes 1–3 bank days, and weekends don’t count.
Good to know
- You can renew up to 3 years ahead, and up to 9 years for domains.
- A domain renewal can’t be undone or refunded.
