My service is suspended
Your website, email or domain has stopped working. It’s usually caused by an unpaid invoice. Start with the cause at the top, it’s the most common.
Common causes
Check
Does any invoice show as Unpaid or Overdue under Invoices in the client area?
What to do
Pay by card or Swish. The payment is registered immediately, and the service is activated automatically.
Find and pay an invoiceCheck
Are there more unpaid invoices, or did you pay by bankgiro? Bankgiro takes 1–3 bank days.
What to do
Pay all unpaid invoices. The service only reopens when all of them are paid.
If you’re waiting for a bankgiro payment, email support a proof of payment, and support can unlock the service while the payment is looked into.
My invoice still shows as unpaid after I paidCheck
Has the domain’s expiry date passed? A .se or .nu domain and its email work until the domain is shut down, about 10 days after the expiry date.
Check
Have you received a warning email about disk space? It comes at 70%, and the account is locked at a nightly check once the space has run out.
Good to know
- A suspended service is deleted when the next invoice has also fallen due unpaid.
- Not paying isn’t cancelling. If you want to end the service, cancel it. Do I have to pay the invoice if I cancel?
- Broadband is shut off about 14 days after the due date if the invoice is unpaid. There’s no new start fee to reopen it after payment.
