Switch broadband provider without downtime
Only one provider can be active per outlet. So cancel your old subscription yourself, and let our start date take over when it ends.
Before you start
- Find out when your old subscription ends. The notice period is often 1 month.
How to switch

Cancel your old subscription with your old provider.
We don’t do it for you.

Order broadband from us and pick a start date on the day the old one ends, or the day after.
We can’t activate until the old provider has ended its service on the outlet.
- 3
Restart the fibre box and the router once the broadband is activated.
