Forward email to another address
Forwarding sends email for an address on to one or more other addresses. The address doesn’t need its own email account.

If you’ve connected Inleed to an AI app, just write what you want done, for example:
Forward [email protected] to [email protected]
Done. Email to [email protected] is forwarded to [email protected].

How to forward

Log in to DirectAdmin and open E-mail Manager › Forwarders.

Click Create E-mail Forwarder.

Enter the name before the @ and the address the emails should go to.
Separate several recipients with commas.

Click Create.
How to know it worked
Done
Email to the address is sent on to the recipient. It takes effect straight away.
Good to know
- Forwarded email to Gmail or Outlook.com can end up in spam or bounce. If you use the Gmail app, you can add the address there instead. Read your email in Gmail
- If there’s already an email account with the same address, it gets a copy too.
