How to check the usage

What do the abbreviations mean?

CPU

Processing power

PMEM

Memory

IO and IOPS

Reading from and writing to disk

EP

Simultaneous visits running in PHP

NPROC

Number of processes

  1. 1

Log in to DirectAdmin and open Resource Usage under Extra Features.

  2. 2

    Choose a time period.

The Faults column shows how many times your hosting hit a limit.

How to know it worked

Done

You see which resource runs out, and when.

Good to know

  • When a limit is reached, new visits are stopped for a while. You can’t see which page or script caused it.
  • Cache reduces the load the most. Don’t run several cache plugins at once. Turn on LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress
