How often is my hosting backed up?
Answer
Every day. Your whole hosting account, with websites, databases and email, is copied to a separate server. The backups are kept for 7 days on Standard and Special, and for 30 days on Prime and Ultra. They take up none of your space.
Good to know
- Inleed’s backup is a last resort. Take your own backups and store them somewhere else, especially before bigger changes. Download a copy of your website
- The backups are under the Backups tab on your hosting’s page in the client area.
