How do I downgrade my hosting?
Answer
Email support from your account’s email address and say which plan you want. What you use must fit in the smaller plan: under 2 GB for Standard and under 10 GB for Special.
We then move your hosting to another server, which means 30–60 minutes of downtime.
Good to know
- Need to make room first? Free up space on your hosting
- You don’t get money back for time you’ve already paid for. The lower price applies from the next renewal.
- After the move, your email apps should use
mail.inleed.comas the server.
